TWO
- Early bird - Continental breakfast
- 9:00 am - Morning stretch & meditation
- 10:00 am - Yoga
- 11:00 am - Brunch
- 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm - Time to Chillax. (Remember: we’re human beings, not human doings!)
- Book an on-site therapeutic treatment
- Explore the stunning countryside walks on your doorstep, including Cabragh Lodge Loop Walk (60 to 70 minutes on the flat) and Knocknashea Mountain Walk (15 mins to the mountain plus 60/90minute climb)
- Enjoy Strandhill Beach – less than half an hour drive away
- 4:30 pm - Laughter Yoga
- 6:00 pm - Evening Meal
- 8:00 pm - Evening meditation & Body Scan
